Payment Posting

Rent payments will be posted Monday through Friday during regular business hours.  Payments made after 2 PM will be posted by the end of the next business day and will be deemed to be received on the day posted.  There will be no payments posted on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays when the accounting staff is not working. 

On weekends with a Monday holiday, please make sure to pay early.  Payments after 2 PM Friday will be posted Tuesday after the Monday holiday subject to a late fee.

This schedule includes any electronic payments made after 2 PM.

Statements and statement amounts, late notices with late fees are automated emails sent by the system. 

If you made a payment, it is not necessary to contact the office.  Your payment will be posted according to the guidelines above.

Please allow 3 business days for your payment to be posted and you should receive an e-mail receipt. 

You can check your statement and your balance anytime by logging in.
